When used from a neutral stance, the character will go into a 4-frame pause before executing the special.
Down-back specials must be done while holding back.
Keiko doesn't have specials, so she will go into the animation and get stuck

Sets fight to final round. Crashes training mode

Gives player 1 1 win, player 2 2 wins and sets player 2's health to 1

Sets frame delay to 2, player 1 controls both characters.
Doing most player-dependent things (like pausing) crashes the game.
Slows down the game (Loads savestates during gameplay?)

Toggles player 1 having no cancels (including jab chains) Canceling landing frames is not allowed, but Wolf Quinn's chains are (but not Wolf Quinn's landing cancels)

Reloads the game and toggles max health between 12 and 15
